Jeanneau 65 is a new model in the line

Jeanneau 65 did not become something supernatural or revolutionary. This is more like an evolutionary development - the 65 model has become the successor of the ideas laid down by the shipyard in the Jeanneau 64.

Interestingly, the new model has a lot in common with the Jeanneau 60. They are united at least by the fact that both vessels were designed with an eye to the possibility of configuration for each individual yachtsman. Roughly speaking, each yacht of the lineup should be something unique and have its own character.

The shipyard claims that “everyone will find something different in this boat.” In general, it is difficult to disagree with this, since the boat can really be customized to your Wishlist at the production stage. 

Those who want to have a more powerful boat can choose a package with a larger staysail and mainsail, as well as a more powerful engine. If you are looking for a calm and measured yachting, then there are suitable equipment for you. Alas, because of this separation, the versatility of each individual Jeanneau 65 suffers.

Interior

The below deck interior design is the brainchild of London-based designer Andrew Vinci. There are several layout options. There is an option with two spacious master cabins and separate bathrooms; two small cabins and a master cabin in the bow; four cabins.

In press releases, the shipyard also indicates the possibility of installing additional premises. It can be used as a walk-in closet, extra bed or "office area". Is it necessary to equip an “office zone” in this room when the chart table is already rather big? The question is open.

Shipyard Jeanneau, among other things, is going to present its new 55-foot model. It will happen, most likely, in Düsseldorf at the exhibition.
