Sailing catamaran Fountaine Pajot Aura 51
The Aura 51 marks a new stage in the evolution of the Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran range and the shipyard's commitment to go further in its approach to environmental protection.
New design of the steering post, making it easier to control the catamaran
Fountaine Pajot completely redesigned the deck plan and the helm station – with the Aura 51 a new era for sailing catamarans began. Now the helm station is not only ergonomic, but also comfortable. The successful location allows the skipper to see and hear everything happening around, to subtly control every aspect of sail management and is within walking distance of the main spaces of the catamaran: the saloon, flybridge and sail controls.
Renewable energy sources of high power
Design studio Fountaine Pajot together with the architectural firm Olivier Racoupeau Design installed large solar panels on the Aura 51 without compromising the design. The large flybridge, in addition to comfortable sofas, is equipped with solar panels fully integrated into the side, capable of generating 2,000 watts of renewable energy. You can also choose a hybrid engine as an option. Thus, the Aura 51 can boast that it produces more energy than it consumes, which is especially important for eco-friendly cruising.
Space and plenty of amenities
The Aura 51 caters to all needs: the catamaran offers four layout options to best suit your needs and desires during your trip. Each cabin has its own bathroom. This is the first 51-foot catamaran with six cabins, and each has its own bathroom, which is a first for the market. Additionally, the exclusive Maestro version offers an extended owner's cabin, occupying the entire port side of the vessel.
The Aura 51 catamaran is a unique multihull cruiser that respects the environment. This catamaran will become an indispensable companion on a journey of any length and complexity. Discover yachting from a completely new side with Fountaine Pajot.
