Fran Silvestre Arquitectos has completely modernized the Turkish schooner in its monochrome style.
Fran Silvestre Arquitectos has revolutionized the design of the 66-foot (20m) Turkish schooner, which was previously used as a freighter for regattas and fishing.

The refurbished sailboat, named Topaz Braye, houses 4 en-suite cabins, one of which is designed for two crew members.

The new ventilation system ensures excellent air circulation.
As the experts of Fran Silvestre Arquitectos note, their approach to this project is no different from the approach to working with historical buildings.
“We respect the existing elements that give the boat a proven value,” explain the designers, “and apply values that have captivated the design world for years. And now, this floating architecture conquers the vastness of the Mediterranean Sea. "
One of the architects' decisions is that they combined the galley with the living space. The rear platform makes the boat more versatile.

“The architectural features of this work proved to be very challenging for the entire team, coupled with the naval engineers,” notes Fran Silvestre Arquitectos. sea world ".
