ACI Marinas is the largest member of the Croatian Marine Association, the National Trade Association of about 50 marinas operating in Croatian waters. The company's shareholders are Ministry of Finance of Croatia, whose share is 78,58%, and a Turkish company Dogus Group, which accounts for 10,87% shares. ACI Marinas operates 22 yacht marinas throughout Croatia, which means they control almost half of the industry in the country. Moreover, out of 22 marinas, 18 marinas operate all year round.

After obtaining a building permit from Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure of Croatia, ACI Marinas signed an agreement with the municipal authorities of Novalja, according to which they can officially begin construction work.

The company has already submitted plans for the construction of a new project ACI Marina Novalja, which will be located on the Adriatic coast. Novalja Is a municipality with a population of less than 4,000, located on the island of Pag, in the central Dalmatia... According to the local daily print Novi List, the new marina provides 300 yacht berths, and the construction should be completed within 4 years. The company has not yet disclosed the cost of the planned investment.

On the island of Pag, a little south of the city Novalja, along the west coast, is located ACI Marina Simuni, which is considered the northern entrance to Dalmatia, as it is the last yacht marina in the Kvarner archipelago.
