Let's go back to moccasins for a moment. Wuzzos Corinthian Pro is definitely a high end product. These loafers have a beautiful leather and mesh upper. Note that mesh inserts are not only for beauty, but also for additional ventilation. 

The eyelets for the laces are made of metal and are resistant to salt water. The outsole is grippy and water repellent. An interesting feature was small panels called "Wave-Shock". They are built into the sole and serve to dampen the force of impacts. This helps prevent injuries to the ankles, knees, and leg joints.
