U-Boat Worx has unveiled a new addition to its submarine lineup. Following the C-Researcher and Super Yacht Sub series, the NEMO, a super-light two-seater submarine, is now in its final stages of production.
State-of-the-art design, clean lines, hydrodynamic shape and optimal power-to-weight ratio ... Fine NEMO detailing - including nose cones, octagonal air ducts, car-like stern and acrylic sealed hull - transforms her into a boat with personality and high performance.
It weighs only 2,500 kg and is 155 cm high. NEMO is easy to transport on a car trailer, and thanks to these key characteristics, it is suitable for a wide audience. The submarine has a modern interior with an emphasis on comfort and functionality. In such a stylish and relaxing environment, it is pleasant to be both the pilot and the passenger.
In complex with NEMO U-Boat Worx offers training courses. In 12 days of face-to-face training at the Sub Center Curaçao (SCC), the submarine owner will acquire all the necessary knowledge to become a certified operator. After the course, he will be given DNV-GL certified NEMO keys.
Usually U-Boat Worx make custom submarines. In the case of NEMO, the submarine will be available after market demand is formed for it. Its price is approximately € 975,000 (1,055,000 $), excluding VAT.
