Such icebergs are known as tabular icebergs, characterized by their long shape, sharp corners, and flat surfaces. In nature, even geometric shapes are not often found, therefore, such phenomena always arouse increased interest. This particular iceberg has split from the crumbling ice shelf on the Antarctic Peninsula.
