Everything Italians touch, turns out beautifully.

Firm Leonis ideae from Venice presented a new twist for gennaker or code zero. Model AVB 100 designed for sails up to 60 sq. m and withstand tensile forces up to 2.7 tons.
The device is made of 7075 T6 aluminum alloy and has an electroplated coating. The parts are not poured, but milled from a single piece on a CNC machine. This process is significantly more expensive, but should increase the strength of the product, and of course the appearance.
The twist does not need maintenance; it is enough to wash it with fresh water and a mild detergent.
The manufacturer recommends using DYNEEMA® SK99 ropes. Retail Leonis ideae asks for 890 euros apiece.
And the Italians are true to themselves: when ordering from 10 pieces, you can order any color!
