A marina will be made from an old fortress

Investments of $ 350 million are planned. The company plans to build a marina and a full-fledged complex with residential apartments, entertainment and shopping centers.

Modlin - the fortress is a historical building with an area of over 450 hectares. Founded in 1812, defended four times. The last battle there was in 1939. The historical appearance of the Modlin Fortress is well known not only in Poland, but also in the world. The planned implementation period is 7 years.
