Following the announcement on June 24, 2021 of an agreement to acquire Navico by global yachting leader Brunswick, Knut Frostad, CEO of Navico, and Brett Dybki, President of Advanced Systems Group (ASG), the Brunswick Group subsidiary to which the brands will be integrated, discussed the prerequisites and business ambitions after the deal.
Investing in brands, both sailboats and motorboats
The new owner wants to develop the Simrad, Lowrance, B&G and C-MAP brands as well as Navico's innovative capabilities.
ASG wants to stay in all Navico markets, both professional maritime and recreational, sailing and motoring.
