The second aspect is water resistance. It's almost like with phones. It is unlikely that even the most waterproof backpack will survive a long dive without water. But the better it is protected from water and splashes, the better. Usually bags, bags and backpacks are IP66 rated. This allows them to withstand the powerful pressure of water from any angle.

The British brand Overboard is famous for its waterproof bags, cases and backpacks. The company is good because it has in its arsenal a wide range for every taste and color.

Overboard 30lt Pro has a thoughtful design and is easy to use. The purpose of the backpack is short forays ashore. If you need to get off the boat for a week then this model is perfect for that. Please note that its capacity is 30 liters. Enough for a basic set of things, but you won’t be able to take a lot with you.

Advantages include adjustable chest straps. Thanks to them, the backpack feels like a good hiking bag for all occasions. There is an inside pocket for a tablet. It has an average level of protection against water, which is suitable for not too demanding use for every day.

Pros:

Minuses:

volume of 30 liters - for someone may be small.

Red 40lt Kit Bag

Stylish, lightweight and versatile - this is the shortest way to describe the Red 40lt Kit Bag. An extremely popular model. Other advantages include convenient zippers and good water resistance. The bag is also made from recycled plastic bottles, making the Red 40lt Kit Bag a firm favorite with the eco-conscious.

Reliable seals and zippers work well in tandem with the fabric of the bag itself. Thanks to this, the bag can really be called waterproof. The Red 40lt Kit Bag can be carried over the shoulder, used as a backpack or hand luggage. Comfortable straps are included.

Backpack Zhik 30lt Drybag

If we consider backpacks in terms of ergonomics of use and aesthetics, then the Zhik 30lt Drybag is the unequivocal favorite of today's list. This is a very nice versatile backpack for everyday use, not only on the boat, but also on land. Nylon, from which the outer part of the backpack is made, is pleasant to the touch and quite durable.

The main advantage of this backpack is ergonomics. Thanks to the mesh lining on the back, as well as thick and wide shoulder straps with the same padding, carrying all 30 liters of volume will be much easier. Alas, there are no chest straps for heavier loads.

Regardless, the Zhik 30lt Drybag has a handy external water pocket and an internal pocket with multiple compartments. The backpack has an average moisture protection.

Backpack Aquapac 25lt

Lightweight, comfortable and compact backpack. Among the interesting bonuses there are large (really large) bottle pockets. The shoulder straps are made of a durable mesh material that will allow the skin to breathe, but still withstand a decent load. In the presence of the waist and chest belts, there are reflective elements, the seams are securely taped.

From truly extraordinary solutions - inside you will find a pocket that will glow thanks to fluorescent paint. This will allow you to find the necessary things even in pitch darkness. There is also a dedicated key pocket.

Pros:

Bag Yeti Panga 50lt

If volume is not the main thing for you and strength causes more emotions, then Yeti Panga is for you. This is literally an “unkillable” bag. Naturally, Yeti Panga does not have the lowest and most democratic price, but be sure that it will be with you to the bitter end. And even a little longer.

The structural strength, build quality and materials are truly amazing. High density laminated nylon was used for this bag. The material is wear resistant. Yeti Panga has 6 attachment points, handles and buckles are very strong and reliable.

As soon as you zip up the bag, you will realize that it is almost completely airtight. The air that remains in the bag turns it into a small pillow. Reviewers noted that they were able to use the Yeti Panga as a small bench. Inside there are two giant zippered mesh pockets.

Of the real shortcomings, probably only its weight. It is quite difficult to put it in place, but its dimensions, capacity, water and air tightness cover all its shortcomings.

Waterproof Gill Cylinder 50lt

This model differs from other similar cylinder bags in that it has detachable shoulder straps. You will be able to carry this bag as the most ordinary backpack.

The Gill Cylinder 50lt has the largest volume on the market today - as much as 50 liters. It is perfect for provisions, and for equipment, and for wetsuits, and for rescue equipment. This is a truly versatile item that should be on any yacht. Again, we recall that this particular model is not necessarily from this manufacturer. In general, such a large bag can be convenient and practical for many yachtsmen.

Other benefits include the puncture-resistant PVC tarpaulin that the bag is made from. The seams are secure and the bag itself has a practical flat base. Other practical features include a translucent strip that allows you to see some of the content.

This is an example of a bag where "waterproof" in the title fits the bill perfectly. The Gill Cylinder 50lt handles water and splashes really well, keeping contents dry.

Overboard 40lt

Here the set is already closer to the classic cylinder bags. Instead of several shoulder straps, only one (over the shoulder) and one handle.

Also, as with the Gill Cylinder 50lt, PVC tarpaulin was used with secure seams. A special valve is used to seal the top of the bag for better sealing. Alas, it will not save when completely immersed in water.

Overboard also produces a 60 liter version of this bag. It comes with waist and chest straps. The 60 liter model is positioned as an alternative to the Gill bag.

Bag Aquapac 25lt

If you want a bag, but a small volume (almost like a backpack), then take a look at the 25 liter models. Aquapac 25lt is one of those. This is a simple, affordable and convenient cylinder bag. You can take it with you on a tug, a picnic or throw everyday things into it.
