Last week the owner of the yacht Athena, Jim Clark, announced a "sale" - the price of his boat was reduced from 84 million euros to 62 million euros.
Netscape founder Jim Clark built this three-masted haffle schooner in Holland at the Royal Huisman shipyard. The gaff rigging allows the yacht to reach speeds of up to 20 knots. Athena's interior design is a true masterpiece in a classic spirit. The yacht has a cinema, library, jacuzzi, and the main deck has a bar and outdoor dining area.

At 90 meters in length, Athena held the title of longest sailing yacht. In 2004, Athena won Show Boats International in the category "Best sailing yachts over 40m."
