The strength of aluminum and the lightness of carbon, Perini Navi's superyacht concept combines a strong hull with unsurpassed performance.
Perini Navi back in the ranks
Perini Navi is finally back with a new innovative project. Recall that Perini Navi was acquired by the Italian Sea Group for $91 million in December last year. The reason for the purchase was the exorbitant debt obligation of Perini Navi and the actual bankruptcy.

The Sea Group, through the purchase, saved Perini Navi from complete collapse. Now Perini Navi is under the wing of the Italian brand and is ready to create new boats. The first model will be a 46-meter sailing yacht. The name has not yet been disclosed, but the first details are already there. Interparus can't wait to share!
Features Perini 47
According to insiders, engineering and technological solutions will be implemented according to the latest science and fashion. The boat should have a sleek aluminum hull and a deep V-shaped bow. The unusual shape of the tank will help maintain a constant bank angle.

The yacht also features a 200-foot (61 m) carbon fiber mast that supports the main sail and staysail. The total rig area is an impressive 13,000+ square feet. An innovative new sail control system tracks changes and controls the sails via winches located below deck.

In addition, the sloop's dual rudders can be synchronized using a fly-by-wire system. This will increase maneuverability both when sailing and when mooring. In addition, the yacht has a newly designed keel, which allows her to easily navigate through shallow water. The maximum draft is 36 feet (11 m) with the keel down and the minimum draft is about 13 feet (4 m) with the keel up.
Power, interior space and entertainment
In terms of power, the yacht is equipped with a 533 kWh CAT engine at 2,100 rpm and two main generators with 86 kWh each. The vessel is expected to reach speeds of around 13 knots at full speed and be able to cover up to 3,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots.

At 34 feet (10 m) wide, the new boat has impressive interior space. The yacht offers much more space than other yachts in its class. The yacht can accommodate up to 10 guests in four en-suite cabins and one large master suite.

The yacht is equipped with a wide bathing platform, a spacious flybridge and a large bow where the tender is placed. Of course, the yacht is also equipped with a special crane for launching and lifting tenders. This yacht is expected to go to sea in 2024.
