Interparus in touch! We decided to briefly talk about the important events of our team and shipyards. We visited the exhibition and learned about new sanctions from large shipyards. Let's talk about this!
Multihull Boat Show - not without bad weather
From April 20 to April 24, an exhibition of catamarans was held - Multihull Boat Show. This small, compact exhibition is held in the town of La Grande Motte. The city is in the province and for some, the road alone will be an adventure.
The exhibition is famous for the fact that for the entire time it has never been held in good weather. Since the first exhibition in 2010, unexpected weather surprises have regularly awaited visitors. The 2022 exhibition was no exception. The booths were closed on Saturday and Sunday due to bad weather.

By and large, due to its compactness, the exhibition is a semi-professional forum. Real sea wolves were able to meet and talk about pressing matters. In addition to maritime professionals, there were also a small number of private buyers. All of these buyers were serious enough.
Among other, relatively positive news (under the conditions of war, of course), was the fact that Multihull Boat Show 2022 is the first European exhibition of the post-COVID period that did not have quarantine restrictions. Everything is the same as before, everything is like in the good old days. And this is a good sign.
Beneteau and Lagoon
Interesting news came from the camp of partner shipyards. Thus, the Lagoon shipyard declared it undesirable for Russian dealers to visit their exhibitions and stands. The letter from the shipyard stated that “we strongly recommend that Russian dealers refrain from attending exhibitions such as Multihull Boat Show 2022.” We are glad that such shipyards are joining the sanctions.

While some dealers are banned from the events, others can't get to the shows because of the war on their home soil. The Interparus team worked hard and helped our Ukrainian colleagues.
Beneteau, in turn, also joined the sanctions. In general, the vector of the sanctions list adopted by Fountaine-Pajot and other large shipyards is preserved. Orders made before March 15 can be completed and returned (subject to full repayment in advance). Orders until March 15th are cancelled.
Keep in touch! We are not lost! We continue our work. Remember that together we are strong.
Everything will be Ukraine🇺🇦
