A yacht that combines elements of classic yacht design and a modern interior - this is the new Spirit 72DH.
Classic outside, modern inside
Spirit Yachts has once again struck the perfect balance between a classic wooden sailboat and a modern yacht. The newest model of the British shipyard is called Spirit 72DH. The yacht combines an elegant mahogany exterior with mirror lacquer and a modern, contemporary interior.

The 72ft yacht is designed for a European client looking to cruise, race or charter a yacht in the Mediterranean. As you might have guessed from the DH designation, the yacht belongs to Spirit's Deckhouse series, which is characterized by long overhangs, flat decks and a raised roof. What sets it apart, however, is what's below deck.
A fresh take on a classic interior
In essence, the design team “opened up” the interior. This was necessary in order to create a more spacious and bright central space for entertainment and relaxation. In addition, the creators installed satin white panels and LEDs to satisfy the owner's request for a "more modern style". Of course, there is still a healthy amount of natural logs here to please lovers of the classics.

The salon is distinguished by a large amount of space and a comfortable sofa. In the center is an eight-seat mahogany table. If there is a need for extra beds, the table can be lowered. A well-equipped galley is located on the port side, and a chart table with everything you need is on the starboard side.

Elsewhere, there is one crew cabin and three guest cabins with bathrooms. The owner's cabin is equipped with a truly king-sized bed, a banquette sofa, a handmade dressing table with a built-in jewelry cabinet and a large and spacious bathroom. In addition, there is another large table with ten seats in the cockpit. There is a built-in refrigerator for drinks next to the table. Your favorite soft drinks will always be at hand! Of course, the yacht also has plenty of storage space for water toys and tenders.

The 72DH has a Bermuda sail. Bermuda sail - a triangular sail, the luff of which stretches along the mast, and the lower one along the boom. The mast and boom installed on the yacht are carbon fiber, and the rigging is nitronite. Lewmar electric winches available.

In addition, the sailboat is powered by a Yanmar engine and a Mastervolt alternator. Together they will help to develop a maximum speed of up to 10 knots. The yacht also has a small generator. It can charge batteries or power an electric oven and air conditioner.
