A boat with a length of 10.77 meters and with spacious living quarters… Seems impossible. But Dufour once again proves that nothing is impossible for them.
Meet the new Dufour 37!
Dufour Yachts never ceases to amaze. Just yesterday, the company presented the Dufour 37 model, which has become even more compact and convenient. If you are looking for a boat with a solid hull, spacious interiors and yet not too big, the Dufour 37 is your choice!
By optimizing the aft and bow volumes, the Dufour 37 offers a very spacious forward master cabin. Looking at the dimensions, it may seem that you will have to walk bent over inside. No, the height of the ceilings also cannot but rejoice.
Regardless of which package you choose (and there are several stock and custom), the result is classic French design and attention to detail.
Characteristics of Dufour and fresh ideas
A distinctive feature of yachts from Dufour is the volume of their living spaces. In the Model 37, the shipyard has remained true to itself and its traditions. At the same time, all the interesting developments and innovations of the Dufour 470 model have not disappeared either and have been successfully adapted to the new boat.
Among the features that have migrated from the "big brother": the internal layout of the boat, large windows that let in a lot of sunlight, as well as the layout of the deck. The cockpit was made as large as possible for a yacht of this size. You will not find such a cockpit among similar yachts. Dufour Yachts has focused on the comfort of the yachtsman.
Driving performance
As for the performance of this yacht, she has a modern and stable hull in the style of offshore racing boats. Unlike classic offshore hulls, here the bottom is slightly more rounded. Thanks to this, it was possible to reduce the noise level inside the yacht and make it easier to move through the waves.
The new hull allows for an increased weight to power ratio for this 10.77m boat. Steering wheel feel has been improved and is more enjoyable for the helmsman regardless of speed. In this new model, compared to other models in this size category, the mast has been lengthened to increase the rig area and make this yacht even faster and more manoeuvrable.
The Dufour 37, like its predecessor the Dufour 360, has one rudder and two steering wheels. With a single steering wheel, you can enjoy more responsiveness and agility on all your journeys.
Interior
Two layouts are available for the buyer, depending on his preferences. In the two cabin version, you can enjoy a very large bathroom (and a large external storage locker) as well as two private cabins, including a master cabin in the bow. A few more beds can be obtained by spreading out the table in the cabin. This set can accommodate up to six guests.
The three-cabin version on the Dufour 37 can accommodate up to eight guests. In both layouts, you will find a master stateroom of a size and comfort rarely found on a yacht of this size.
Portholes in the hull and saloon have been enlarged to bring even more light and comfort to the interior space. The space is sensibly divided into a kitchen, lounge and "dining room" with a small table that can be used as a chart table in the two-cabin version.
Comfort at the forefront
Whether you're sailing close to shore or with your family, racing with friends or cruising around the world (this model is an A-class), the Dufour 37 will meet all your expectations and fulfill your dream of yachting.
Like the latest Dufour models, this new model is very well equipped and equipped. So, on board you will find the gunwale - an integral innovation of the latest Dufour models - on the aft deck; fully inflatable cockpit upholstery and bow area for sunbathing. All this complements the exterior equipment of this new model.
