We don't see superyachts very often, but this is a special case. Al Waab conquered us both with its appearance and driving performance. In addition, Al Waab is the very example of a "mansion on the water". And this does not leave anyone indifferent!
New lot Al Waab
Turkish shipyard Alia Yachts has announced the sale of a new 60m (196ft) yacht, Al Waab. Dutch studio Vripack will lead the design, while Dubai-based SF Yachts will act as project manager and owner's representative throughout the construction.

The yacht owner is an experienced yachtsman who has owned several boats of various sizes over the past decade. For his latest project, he chose a yacht on which he can travel the world with his family.
“We're thrilled to be collaborating with the same team again on yet another innovative and inspiring project!” - said Gokhan Celik, President of Alia Yachts. “Turkey is rapidly becoming a hub for the construction of superyachts capable of conquering world markets. We combine Vripack's renowned research heritage with the expertise of SF Yachts. This promises to be another great project. "
Tasks set by Al Waab
The owner wants to create a yacht that can go everywhere. He also wants to accommodate his entire family and many friends on it. Thanks to the interior volume and ample external spaces, family members will be able to enjoy long cruises. And this is without having to return to shore to restock or refuel. The hull of the yacht will be able to withstand any load and the crew go wherever and whenever they want.

"The owner of the yacht and his family have already planned many trips around the world!" Said Francesco Pitea, CEO of SF Yachts. “The new 60-meter yacht will allow them to travel around the world in comfort and safety. We can't wait to help make this dream a reality. ”
Yacht layout and features
Close attention is paid to technical and logistic requirements. The yacht needs to be as easy to operate and maintain as possible for the crew. Unusually, the spacious galley and crew mess are on the main deck in the bow.

The lower deck features a sunbathing area, gym, relaxation area, massage parlor and more.
Guest accommodations include at least six guest cabins: two with twin beds and four VIP cabins with double beds. An elevator connects all levels from the lower deck to the promenade deck.
The master stateroom is located on the upper deck at the bow of the vessel, offering stunning views. This cabin features a very large walk-in closet and a dedicated lounge opening onto a private bow deck.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to make the dream of an experienced owner come true,” said Bart Bowewis, Creative Vripack. “Their dream is to cruise the Seven Seas with a large family, and although our portfolio is increasingly designed to be true houseboats, this project emphasizes the freedom that can be experienced by traveling the world and feeling at home.”
